Really enjoyed my fine stay for holidays. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was local to satisfy everyone. The hotel had quiet and ideal location near to the Garajonay National Park as well as Laurisilva forest. It also was close to many walking paths.

The location was mind-blowing, perfect for accessing hiking trails and incredibly peaceful. The staff were super attentive, even with our limited Spanish. The food in the restaurant was jaw-dropping, especially the Tuna that my wife couldn't resist having three nights in a row! The people were nice, the room was clean, and the scenery on the way to the place was absolutely stunning. The best part was the easy access to other parts of the island and the Garajonay National Park. The food was good and cheap, with generous portions and great coffee. The staff were really friendly and we were satisfied with the good price. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. it was a fantastic place to start our hiking adventures and we had a truly amazing time.

the location in the middle of La Gomera was perfect for exploring the island on my motorcycle. the WIFI was reliable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. I also appreciated the free parking, although I was a bit concerned about the lack of protection for the rental bike. While the staff had limited English, I understood that most tourists on the island were German. I found Pension Amparo Las Hayas to be great value for money with a convenient location for hiking in Garajonay National Park and Valle Gran Rey. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.
